DESCRIPTION:Join me\, Bex Northman\, for a special autumn foraging walk as I team up with the brilliant team at Wild Roots Foraging for a truly magical day out! We’ll be heading out to the beautiful  Seaham September 13\, 2025\, to explore the wild larder that autumn has to offer. \nThis guided walk is a relaxed and welcoming experience for everyone\, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced forager looking to connect with a community of like-minded people. Together\, we’ll learn how to safely and accurately identify common wild plants and gain a deeper understanding of seasonal knowledge. I’ll also teach you about best practices for ethical and sustainable harvesting\, so we can ensure the plants we love are here for years to come. \n\nAs we wander\, we’ll talk about what to look for throughout the season and share a tasting of delicious food made from foraged ingredients. My goal is for you to walk away feeling a sense of empowerment and curiosity\, with a unique connection to nature. \nPlease note: This is a collaborative event\, and all bookings are being handled through the Wild Roots Foraging website.
